Day 1: Arrival at Alleppey
You need to reach Alleppey through either road travel or train service before you can check into your traditional houseboat, which you must do by midday. The backwater cruise begins through narrow canals that lead to areas with coconut trees and quiet village environments. Onboard, enjoy an authentic Kerala-style lunch. The afternoon deck time includes boat travel, which shows paddy fields and the green landscapes. Then they rest at a etherial spot where you get to see the sunset.
At the houseboat, the travelers get dinner and overnight stay accommodation. The environment becomes peaceful at night.

Day 2: Depart for Kumarakom from Alleppey
The next day, you will leave the boat after breakfast, and then you will depart for kumarkom which is a peaceful village situated beside the Vembanad Lake. The guests will check into their lakeside accommodations, which include resorts and homestays. Here you can enjoy the coconut plantations and the residential places in peace on a cycle or a walk. The bird sanctuary gives a view of migratory birds that include endogenous species. The evening offers two options to guests, which include a peaceful lake sunset experience or a canoe ride which provides a better view of rural Kerala through its narrow canals. The guests will spend the night in Kumarakom.

Day 3: Kumarakom to Kovalam
Have your breakfast and leave for Kovallam. Here you will get to see Miraculous views of the village and the misty hills of Kerala's countryside.
Head to the accommodation and take some rest after the long journey.
Next, you can head toward the lighthouse beach. Where you can get to see scenic views and the Arabian Sea, with crescent-shaped shorelines and the famous golden sand, if you want, you can skip it and look around the market of Kovalam. The handicraft is very perfect, and you will also get to buy freshly grown spices

Day 4: Kovalam – Leisure, Beach & Local Exploration
Now there are two beaches left to explore, so you can plan your day as per your plan.
Hawa Beach has various activities like paragliding and scuba diving. Here you can spend a beautiful, adventurous morning.
Then head toward the Samundar Beach, it is a calm place, and the sunset view is the main highlight of this place.
Then you can visit the Lighthouse Beach if you haven't explored it last night, or head to the markets of Kovalam, which are also enriching.
The beaches are perfect for evening walks, and the sunset is perfect on almost all the beaches. Then spend the night at Kovalam.
Day 5: Kovalam – Departure
You need to leave your hotel after breakfast. The time until your departure permits you to choose between a brief beach stroll and last-minute shopping. Your trip continues to Trivandrum which you travel from with fond memories of Kerala's backwaters and beaches.
