Day 1: Reaching on Dehradun
- The starting point will be the traveler's arrival in Dehradun
- From there head to the hotel via the car service.
- Dinner at the hotel
- The accommodation services are organised in same hotel
Day 2: leave for Kedarnath
- First had breakfast
- Then get to the helipad and take your helicopter.
- There will be stopovers at Sersi, Phata, and Sitapur.
- After which you will reach Kedarnath.
- There, take the blessings and have your darshan.
- Then return to Sersi/Phata/Sitapur after darshan
- Transfer to hotel (Sersi Heights or similar)
- Leisure time in the evening

Day 3: Sersi โ Badrinath

- Helicopter transfer to Badrinath

- Excursion to Mana Village
- Return to hotel in the evening

Day 4: Departure
- Had a delicious breakfast at the beginning of the day
- Then pack the bags and leave for Dehradun,
- Reach the helipad and take your helicopter.
- Then get to the Dehradun accommodation.
- Collect your luggage if any
- Take the pre-booked cab service to head to the airport.
Guidelines for Helicopter Travel
- Please ensure that your flights for returning from Dehradun are booked after 6:00 PM
Registration
- Registration is mandatory for the yatra
- Carry your registration slip from: https://registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in/
- Permits will be issued based on your travel date
Flight Booking
- Guests are advised to book refundable air tickets
- This helps manage delays due to weather or other unavoidable situations
Body Weight Guidelines
- Actual body weight of each passenger is required at the time of booking
- Standard weight limit is up to 75 kg per person
- Passengers above 75 kg must check availability with operations team
- Additional charges of Rs. 2500 per kg plus GST apply for excess weight
- If actual weight is higher than declared weight, passengers may be de-boarded
- Charges in such cases are non-refundable
Excess Weight Policy
- If declared weight exceeds by more than 2 kg at the time of travel
- Operator has the right to de-board the passenger
- No refund will be provided
- Helipad Information
- Multiple helipads are available: Sersi, Phata, Guptkashi and Sitapur
- Boarding for Kedarnath flights can be done from any of these locations
Helicopter Operations
- The yatra is operated with third-party helicopter operators
- All flights are subject to weather conditions, government rules and external factors
Seating and Capacity
- Only 6 passengers can travel on one flight.
- One helicopter can carry a total weight of 450 kgs.
Departure Timings
- Final departure timings are confirmed one day prior
- Timings may change due to weather, VVIP movements or maintenance
Kedarnath Darshan
- Passengers will land at Phata/Sirsi helipad
- Slot for Kedarnath darshan will be assigned on arrival
- Waiting time can be around 2 to 4 hours depending on conditions
Facilities
- Heaters and blowers are not available in hotels during the yatra
VIP Darshan
- VIP darshan is subject to Mandir Samiti and Uttarakhand Government approval
