The first destination of your trip will be Kathmandu. You will visit the Mansarovar Lake. you will stay in small cities like Simikot and Nepalgunj. Also visit purang, while heading lake. The holy pathway permits pilgrims to access the sacred Pashupatinath Temple while they perform the sacred Kailash Parikrama around Mount Kailash. The 11-day journey includes scenic helicopter rides which enable high-altitude trekking and various spiritual rituals to provide an extraordinary pilgrimage experience.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

  • After reaching airport. 
  • Representative will pick you and drive you to the hotel. 
  • Complete the check-in process and rest. 
  • There you will take a session
  • Here you will get a comprehensive overview of the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra which includes travel regulations and altitude safety measures and the complete travel schedule. 
  • The entire day allows you to choose between relaxation time or time for your own personal endeavors. 
  • You will spend your night at the hotel. 

Day 2: Head to Nepalgunj

  • Your first spot of the day will be teh pashupatinath temple that is a unesco certified world heritage site.
  • You have to reach to the mandir by dawn. 
  • This temple honors lord shive and is placed beside bagmati river. 
  • It serves as the primary destination of Kathmandu.
  • The Guheshwari Shakti Peeth temple functions as a holy space which worshippers use to honor Goddess Adi Shakti. 
  • You must go to the airport after finishing your sightseeing because your flight to Nepalgunj goes from there to a city that sits at 450 meter elevation. 
  • Guests at the hotel should spend their first hour in the building for rest purposes.
  • The entire evening period allows people to engage in various relaxing activities. 
  • People will stay overnight in Nepalgunj.

Day 3: Nepalgunj โ€“ Simiko

  • Have your breakfast and take a drive to the airport. 
  • There take a flight to Simikot. It will fly on the elevation of 2950 meters. 
  • After arriving at the stop. Get to the hotel and adapt to the high altitude. 
  • Then reach to the shiva mandir which is on walking distance from the village. 
  • The remaining time of the day allows you to take a break and process your body adaptation to higher altitudes. 
  • The group will spend the night in Simikot.

Day 4: Simikot โ€“ Hilsa โ€“ Purang

  • Take your breakfast and head to the airport. 
  • Take a helicopter for Hilsa from Simikot. It will take approx of 30 minutes. 
  • On the way, get wonderful hill and misty views. 
  • After arriving hilsa you have to cross the borderline and take a drive to Purang. 
  • This place is located approx 3,730 meters in Tibet.
  • After reaching there complete the immigration process, then head to the immigration.
  • The entire evening period remains available for you to rest and acclimate to your new environment. 
  • Spend your night at Purang.

Day 5: Purang โ€“ Mansarovar Lake

  • Start your day with breakfast and then take a drive to the Mansarovar Lake. 
  • This lake is known as the highest freshwater lake. 
  • This location has some most spiritual places in the area, such as Mount Kailash and Mount Gurla Mandhata. 
  • Here you can also get a view of Lake Rakhshas Taal. 
  • At the lake perform the pooja and all your holy rituals
  • The group will spend the night at their accommodation near Mansarovar Lake. 

Day 6: Reaching Darchen

  • Start your day by spending time near the lake. 
  • Enjoy the spiritual and enchanting environment. 
  • Then had you lunch 
  • Then drive to Darchen. 
  • You will reach the base camp, 
  • get ready for the Kailash parikrama.
  • rest for a while to get ready for their upcoming trekking expedition. 
  • spend your night at Darchen. 

Day 7: Heading to Yamdwar to Dehra Phuk

  • Take you breakfast and then head to Yamdwar via drive. 
  • It is the starting point of kailash parikrama. 
  • Then trek to Dehra Phuk, which is a 5 to 7 hours trek. 
  • This route passes through wonderful landscapes and rocky cliffs. 
  • Also, get a beautiful waterfall and a clear view of the blue skies. 
  • Reach Mount Kailash, it is an abode to lord shiva and is known for its divine pilgrimage experience. 
  • Then stay for the night at Dehra Phuk. 

Day 8: Exploring Dolma La Pass โ€“ Zuthul Phuk

  • This is the most challenging day of the yatra. 
  • Start by breakfast and head for the parikrama. 
  • First, you have to trek to Drolma La Pass which is the highest pilgrimage. 
  • The way cross through Shiva sthal.
  • This place represents a spiritual rebirth.
  • Later on the trek pass the Gauri Kund and the Parvati Sthal. 
  • By evening reach Zuthul Phuk. 
  • That is known as a cave of miracles that is associated with the saint milarepa
  • Overnight stay in Zuthul Phuk.

Day 9: Last Day of Trek

  • This is the last day of your trek, had breakfast, and leave. 
  • It will take almost 2 hours to reach the destination.
  • Then you have to take a drive, based on travel condition and weather choose hilsa or purang which ever suits you.
  • Then check in to the hotel. 
  • This is a day of leisure
  • Had your dinner and spent the night at the hotel. 

Day 10: Head Back to Kathmandu

  • You have to leave for the airport during the early morning hours. 
  • The destination of the flight will simikot. 
  • You will take next flight from simikot that will head to nepalgunj. 
  • After reching you will take a flight to Kathmandu. 
  • Your hotel transfer will occur after your arrival. 
  • By the afternoon you are free. 
  • You can either relax, or go on a market exploration and shopping. 
  • Spend your night at the hotel only. 

Day 11: Departure

  • Had your breakfast and head to the kathmandu airport. 
  • The travel will be provided via car. 

Points:

  • The flight for leaving Kathmandu should not be later than 20:00. 
  • The age requirement permits travel only to those who are between 15 years and 70 years of age. 
  • The tour needs 24 passengers to operate. 
  • Other guests may be shifted to another departure date.
  • Guests need to book refundable air tickets to protect themselves from problems which arise through delays and situations which cannot be avoided. 
  • The airport will confirm all departure times one day before the flight but weather conditions will determine whether changes will be needed. 
  • No heater and blower facility vis provided in the hotels while the yatra. 
  • Take maximum 10 kg of package while traveling via helicopter.
  • Store the extra baggage to be kept at the Kathmandu or Nepalgunj hotel.
  • Single rooms are available only in Kathmandu. At other locations, accommodation will be on a sharing basis (2/4/6 persons per room).
  • Helicopter and internal flights are operated with third-party operators and are subject to weather conditions and government regulations. 
  • The service fees will remain active for any services used by the customer who cannot complete the Yatra because of unexpected events. 
  • Participants must have an oxygen level above 75 to continue the parikrama. The staff checks oxygen levels at three different times throughout the day.
  • If a participantโ€™s oxygen level drops below 75, a local ambulance will be arranged on a direct payment basis. 
  • Each participant who does the parikrama will receive one portable oxygen canister. 
  • The parikrama will provide packed lunch which includes paratha and juice and chocolate and dinner which includes dal khichdi and soup and popcorn.
