Overview
The Chardham Package consists of four temples which are highly regarded in Uttarakhand. Devbhoomi serves as the sacred name for Uttarakhand which exists as a northern Indian state. Chardham Yatra includes four sacred tabernacles that reflect Hinduism. It involves Yamnotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. Since ancient time, the significance of the Char Dham as passage destination has grown vastly. Chardham is currently one of the most famous pilgrimage circuits in India among the Hindu pilgrims across the world. Every year thousands of tourists visit these holy temples to get blessing as well as mesmerised by beauty of the Himalaya. It will be certainly great experience for pilgrims as well as nature lovers.

Day 1: Arrive in Dehradun
- Arrive at the Dehradun Airport. You will meet our local driver waiting for you at the exit gate.
- He will drop you off at the hotel through a private transfer.
- The entire day is free for you all. Just prepare yourself for the journey ahead.
- Travellers will stay at the Dehradun hotel overnight.
Day 2: Dehradun to Yamunotri (by Helicopter)
- All the travellers will visit the Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun for their scheduled flight to Kharsali. The heliport serves as one of the largest heliports for Yamunotri.
- Once you arrive in Kharsali, check in to the hotel.
- Darshan Apre-arranged Palki( palanquin) will take you to the Yamunotri Temple (approx. 5-hour round trip). You can take a dip in the hot water spring at Surya Kund before offering prayers at the temple.
- The group will return to Kharsali after we have our meal and then we will spend time at the hotel.
- You will spend the night in Kharsali.
Day 3: Yamunotri to Gangotri (by Helicopter)
- Morning: The helicopter flight to Harsil begins after breakfast and serves as the base for Gangotri.
- Transfer: You will check into your Harsil hotel. Subsequently, you'll travel to Gangotri Temple through a shared vehicle which takes roughly 30- 40 twinkles to reach your destination.
- Darshan The sacred Gangotri Temple which serves as the origin of the River Ganga is the place where you'll perform darshan.
- Evening The hotel in Harsil serves as our lunch destination. The entire daytime period remains open for exploring the picturesque landscape of Harsil.
- The guests will spend the night in Harsil.
Day 4: Gangotri to Kedarnath (via Sersi)
- The Sersi/Phata helipad will be your travel destination after you finish breakfast. You will use this location to board a helicopter which will take you to Kedarnath.
- Visit the Kedarnath temple and feel the divine spirituality of God Shiva. The helicopter service will operate for a shorter period of time. So, travellers are requested to complete their prayers, and return to the base in the given time limits.
- Your flight will take you back to the Sersi/Phata helipad. You will proceed to your hotel after arriving at your destination to begin the check-in process.
- You have free time throughout the entire day.
- The group will stay in Sersi/Phata for the night.
Day 5: Sersi to Badrinath (by Helicopter)
- The morning schedule starts with breakfast and proceeds to hotel relaxation time.
- You'll start your chopper flight to Badrinath after you have entered the helicopter.
- You'll start the accommodation check-in process after you arrive at the point. The group will visit Badrinath Temple after lunch to see the sacred point.
- The batch will take a brief excursion to Mana Village which marks the final agreement before trippers reach the Tibetan border and which original people believe to be the point where the Pandavas mounted to heaven.
- The group will return to the hotel to have a meal.
- The group will spend the night in Badrinath.
Day 6: Badrinath to Dehradun (by Helicopter) & Departure
- Morning After breakfast at the hotel, board your chopper for the final flight reverse to Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun.
- Upon appearance, collect your luggage.
- A vehicle will be staying to drop you at Dehradun Airport for your onward trip.
- Note: The return flight should be booked after 6:00 PM according to the note because of possible unexpected delays.
Other Important Points:
Registration
- Mandatory registration required at: https://registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in/ before travel.
- Permits will be issued based on the registered travel date.
Flight Booking
- Guests are advised to book refundable air tickets due to possible schedule changes.
Passenger Weight Policy
- Actual body weight must be provided at the time of booking.
- Average allowed weight: up to 75 kg per person.
- Extra weight will be charged ₹2,500 per kg + GST.
- If actual weight exceeds the declared weight by more than 2 kg, the passenger may be de-boarded and payment will be non-refundable.
Helipads
- Flights to Kedarnath operate from Sersi, Phata, Guptkashi, and Sitapur helipads.
Helicopter Operations
- Flights are operated with third-party helicopter operators.
- Operations are subject to weather conditions, government regulations, and other external factors.
Seating Capacity
- Each helicopter can carry up to 6 passengers with a maximum total weight of 450 kg.
Departure Timing
- Flight timings are confirmed one day prior and may change due to weather, VVIP movement, or maintenance.
Kedarnath Darshan
- Passengers will land at Phata/Sirsi Helipad and receive a slot for Kedarnath flight.
- Waiting time may be 2–4 hours depending on the situation.
Hotel Facilities
- Heaters or blowers are not available in hotels during the Yatra.
VIP Darshan
- VIP Darshan is subject to approval by the Mandir Samiti and Uttarakhand Government.
Inclusion
- Travellers will visit the Yamunotri Temple, Gangotri Temple, and Shri Kedarnath Ji Dham Darshan.
- A helicopter trip is included, starting from Dehradun.
- Accommodation is provided in the listed hotels or similar category hotels.
- Meals are also included as per the itinerary, except lunch at Dehradun.
- Professional tour manager stationed at Dehradun and Kedarnath.
- A local tour guide is also provided on arrival and departure at Kharsali, Harsil, and Badrinath.
- Palki service will be provided at Yamunotri.
- VIP darshan service at Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath.
- A duffel bag will be provided to each passenger.
- Government royalty fees are also included in the tour package.
- Local transport will also be provided either by Toyota Innova or any other best vehicle.
- 5 kg baggage allowance is allowed per person.
- Travel insurance tour coverage is also provided throughout the tour.
- For the guests above 70 years of age, or those who want to extend their stay, they must pay the additional fees for the travel insurance.

Exclusion
- Insurance
- Rates may change in case of major hikes in fuel prices.
- Train and Airfare are not included.
- Lunch at Dehradun is also excluded.
- Travel insurance (medical evacuation, hospitalization, air evacuation, baggage loss, trip cancellation).
- Optional activities or trips not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Personal expenses such as drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), phone calls, tips, laundry, room service, porterage, etc.
- Personal equipment like clothing, shoes, backpacks, or personal medical kits.
- Extra sightseeing or excursions not listed in the program.
- Camera fees and guide charges.
- Expenses caused by unexpected situations beyond our control.
- Any other costs not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
- Government Service Tax (GST).
