The Ultimate Trip to Kargil and Ladakh
Overview
The 8- day journey enables trippers to discover the unspoiled natural beauty and artistic traditions of Ladakh and Kargil. The trip will start at Leh where you'll adjust to the altitude before visiting notorious milestones which include Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa and glamorous Hill. The route takes you over high mountain passes which include the notorious Khardung La to reach the desert denes of Nubra where you'll ride Bactrian camels and visit the remote border village of Turtuk. The group will travel through delicate mountain paths to reach Pangong Lake which they will visit before returning to Leh through the literal monasteries of Hemis and Thiksey. The experience combines three rudiments which include instigative conditioning and spiritual moments and stirring natural beauty.

Day 1: Arrive in Leh
- You need to proceed to Leh airport.
- The transfer to the hotel requires you to perform the check-in process.
- You need to take time for complete rest because your body needs to adjust to the altitude of 3,500 meters which is 11,500 feet in Leh.
- The crew will conduct a brief exposure walk through Leh request in the late evening.
- The squad will visit Leh Palace which served as a royal hearthstone and now operates as a museum.
- The platoon will visit Shanti Stupa which features a white- domed structure that holds Buddhist remains.
- The group will go back to the hotel.
- The group will have dinner and stay overnight in Leh.
Day 2: Leh – Kargil via Lamayuru (290 km / 9 hrs)

- The expressway leads motorists to follow the Indus River until they reach Leh and Kargil.
- The Gurudwara Pathar Sahib tabernacle which was constructed in 1517 exists as a literal point.

- The trip will continue to Leh after visiting Alchi Monastery.
- The trippers will reach Leh at their listed time to check into their hotel.
- The group will have feast in Leh before they stay overnight at their lodging.
Day 4: Leh – Nubra Valley via Khardung La (120 km)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Drive to Nubra Valley.
- Cross Khardung La which stands as the loftiest motorable road at 18390 bases and 5602 measures.
- Arrive in Nubra Valley which people also relate to as" Valley of Flowers".
- Proceed to Hunder Village.
- Check into hotel/camp.
- Rest of the day at leisure which includes the option to walk through local villages.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Hunder.
Day 5: Excursion to Turtuk from Hunder (83 km one way)
- Hotel and campsite provide breakfast.
- Road trip proceeds to Turtuk which represents the northernmost Indian village located close to the Pakistan border.
- The group will investigate Balti cultural traditions and apricot orchards and the Shyok River.
- The group will visit a 16th-century mosque and the Dhards ruined fort and the monastery.
- The group will see K2 peak which stands as the world's second highest mountain.
- The group will return to Hunder Village.
- The group will have dinner followed by an overnight stay in Hunder.
Day 6: Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake (150 km / 5 hrs)

- Visitors to Hunder can choose to take a Bactrian camel ride through the sand dunes.
- The group will stop at Diskit which serves as the Nubra Valley headquarters to explore the monastery and market.
- The group will drive through Agham and Shyok Valley which provides an exciting driving experience.
- The group will travel through the Durbuk and Tangtse and Changthang townlets.
- The group reaches Pangong Tso which sits at an altitude of 14,000 bases or 4267 measures and features a beautiful blue lake.
- The group will check into a camp located by the lake.
- The group will have dinner followed by an overnight stay at Pangong.
Day 7: Pangong Lake – Leh via Changla Pass (149 km)
- The entire morning period exists for visitors to discover Pangong Lake.
- The group will return to their starting point in Leh.
- The trip will take us through Changla Pass which reaches an altitude of 5848 measures which equals 19178 bases.

- The group will arrive in Leh where they will check in at their hotel.
- The group will have their evening meal and spend the night in the city of Leh.
Day 8: Departure from Leh

- The guests have free time until their scheduled transportation.
- The transfer will take us to Leh airport where we will board our flight to our next destination.
- The trip concludes with happy memories of the journey.
